Havenborrow was founded by bunnies during the Great Critter War of 1862. Commander Stonebuck Jackit fought against the Wooly Opossum Army here in trenches dug by the rabbits’ mole rat allies. He was able to stave off the invasion and later staked his claim on the land, calling it “Havenburrow” in hopes that it would forever be a safe oasis nestled deep in the heart of a cruel world.
