Lt. Tom “Foxman” Vulpensky. He’s Havenburrow’s premier pilot. He regularly takes the Duke & Duchess le Meerkat back to visit their royal family in the faraway land of Suricata. All the kids look up to him, & he gives joy rides at the yearly Havenborrow fair.
